Mothers Union was begun over 80 years ago and is part of a world-wide organisation of Christian men and women, at the last count totalling approximately 3 million in 71 countries. Membership is open to all Christian men and women and our main purpose is to uphold the sanctity of marriage, encouraging parents to nurture their children in the faith and life of the Church, unite in prayer, worship and service, to try to create conditions in society which promote stable family life and the protection of children, and to help those whose family life has met with adversity.

The group meets every second Wednesday on alternate afternoons/evenings in the Tower Room of the Church and begins with a short service which includes an address. Contact: Marjories Jones Tel: 0121 357 7509
